Dr. Raul Capitaine responds to allegations

Local psychiatrist, Dr. Raul Capitaine responds to the agreed surrender of his medical license by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) accusing him of prescribing controlled substances to and becoming involved with a psychiatric patient.

Dr. Raul Capitaine says the allegations are not true and is even saying his ex-girlfriend who brought the complaint to the TMB was retaliating against him after she allegedly stole $5,000 from his personal bank account.
