The driver of the Tahoe, Javier Galvan , 51, of San Antonio, was taken to Hendrick Medical Center with incapacitating injuries. The DPS confirmed that the Tahoe was traveling east on SH-153 while the Edge was traveling west. At some point the Tahoe attempted to pass several vehicles and crashed head on with the Edge. This lead to the Edge catching on fire.
